On behalf of our esteemed client in the beauty and wellness industry, we are seeking a dynamic and organized Salon Operations Supervisor to oversee daily activities, coordinate our talented team of beauty professionals, and guarantee an outstanding client experience at our Lekki location.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate daily salon operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely service delivery.
- Supervise, motivate, and support salon staff to maintain high standards of professional performance.
- Welcome clients, assess their needs, and direct them to the appropriate stylist or service station.
- Manage customer flow and appointment schedules to minimize waiting times and maximize satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Provide hands-on hair styling or braiding support during peak periods as required.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized salon environment equipped with properly maintained tools.
- Track inventory levels of salon supplies and communicate replenishment needs to management promptly.
- Maintain basic operational records and submit regular performance reports to upper management.
- Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a supervisory, coordination, or team-lead role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities with minimal supervision required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic proficiency in record keeping, reporting, and operational problem-solving.
- Practical hair-making and styling skills will be considered a strong added advantage.
- Residential proximity to the Lekki axis in Lagos is strongly preferred.
