Resurgir Consulting, a leading Lagos-based HR and recruitment agency, is seeking a vibrant and organized Sales Representative / Customer Support Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the primary touchpoint for our clients, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, exceptional customer service, and active engagement across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to Instagram Direct Messages and inquiries with a professional and friendly tone.
- Engage with potential and existing customers, providing accurate product information and recommendations.
- Collect, process, and organize customer orders efficiently.
- Package items securely and coordinate with dispatch riders for timely delivery.
- Track orders actively from dispatch until successful delivery to the customer.
- Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily sales and inventory reports.
- Participate in basic social media content creation and video promotions when required.
- Proven experience or a strong passion for sales and customer support.
- Proficiency in navigating social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a confident phone manner.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high levels of responsibility and trustworthiness.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera for social media content.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports.
