About the Role

By blending indoor greenery with upcycled retail goods and immersive experiences, we are redefining sustainable living in Lagos. We are currently looking for a passionate Sales and Partnerships Associate to help expand our reach, forge strategic business alliances, and champion our eco-friendly mission across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify, generate, and convert new sales leads for our upcycled retail goods and artistic planters.
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term partnerships with aligned brands, corporate clients, and local businesses.
- Deliver compelling pitches to showcase Ekondo Life's unique products and corporate wellness experiences to diverse audiences.
- Host, coordinate, and manage community-focused events and pop-ups, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences, particularly on weekends.
- Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm and execute sales strategies that align with our sustainability goals.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or a related commercial role within the Nigerian market.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to pitch, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven mindset with a passion for sustainability and wellness.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, as required for event coordination and community activations based in Lagos.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an existing network within the Lagos lifestyle, wellness, or retail ecosystem is a distinct advantage.
