About the Role
Skipper Eye-Q Speciality Eye Hospital is a renowned international eye care provider with a strong chain presence across India and Nigeria. We are currently looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our ancillary business units, ensuring exceptional commercial performance and outstanding patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth for surgical procedures, optical products, and pharmacy sales to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor and improve the conversion rate of diagnosed patients into surgical bookings by collaborating closely with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and counsellors.
- Manage optical and pharmacy operations to boost prescription fulfilment, minimize leakage, optimize inventory, and enhance average transaction values.
- Build and strengthen strategic referral networks with HMOs, corporate organizations, government agencies, and medical practitioners.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team of sales executives, business development officers, and optical personnel.
- Ensure ethical selling practices, strict healthcare regulatory compliance, and seamless cross-functional coordination with the marketing and finance departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
- 5 to 8 years of proven sales or business development experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated industry background in healthcare, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, optical retail, or medical devices.
- Strong expertise in sales forecasting, CRM utilization, data analytics, and hospital operations.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
