About the Role
Legend Hospitality Managers Limited, a premier management consultancy firm driven by quality service and superior hospitality standards, is currently seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our housekeeping team as Room Attendants. In this role, you will play a crucial part in upholding our reputation for excellence by ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are impeccably maintained, hygienic, and welcoming. Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and servicing of guest rooms according to established hotel standards and procedures.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities daily.
- Dust furniture, polish fixtures, vacuum carpets, and mop floors in assigned rooms and corridors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including tubs, showers, sinks, and toilet bowls.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or missing items and report any damages or discrepancies to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the housekeeping trolley, equipment, and storage areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Adhere strictly to lost and found procedures, safety regulations, and hotel security policies.
- Minimum of a SSCE, OND, or equivalent relevant educational qualification.
- Proven previous experience working as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Physical stamina and agility to stand, bend, kneel, and lift medium loads throughout the shift.
