We are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Roller Operator to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a vital part in site operations by ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient handling of heavy machinery to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently operate the specific roller equipment assigned for various construction and site operations.
- Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance of the assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere strictly to equipment safety protocols, construction site regulations, and company guidelines.
- Conduct pre-operational checks, clean, lubricate, and refill equipment as scheduled or necessary.
- Recommend any requirements for heavy maintenance or technical repairs promptly to the site engineer or supervisor.
- Perform any other construction or site-related tasks as may be assigned by the site engineer.
- Proven professional experience as a Roller Operator or operating similar heavy construction machinery.
- Valid operator license and relevant certifications in heavy equipment operation.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety standards and mechanical maintenance procedures.
- Ability to perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions from site engineers.
