About the Role
BLUETTI, a global leader in cutting-edge solar solutions, is looking for dedicated and proactive Risk Recovery Officers to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a healthy financial portfolio by managing recovery operations, reducing overdue accounts, and implementing effective risk strategies across our branches.
Key Responsibilities- Follow up daily with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to ensure prompt collection of outstanding repayments.
- Monitor recovery performance and report valuable insights to the Collection Specialist.
- Coordinate, guide, and support DSAs to significantly improve overall collection efficiency.
- Identify and escalate fraudulent activities involving DSAs or Sales teams immediately.
- Implement BLUETTI’s Risk Strategy policies effectively at the branch level.
- Drive initiatives aimed at maintaining at least 95% control over overdue customer accounts.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all overdue accounts and recovery activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure proper customer profiling and responsible selling.
- Coordinate repossession activities and ensure proper documentation of all recovered assets.
- Lead active recovery efforts through professional phone calls, field visits, and customer engagement.
- Support internal audits, verification exercises, and special recovery campaigns.
- Minimum of an HND or BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in collections, credit control, risk management, or debt recovery roles.
- Prior experience in the solar or PayGo industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other essential data reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage field activities effectively, and meet strict targets.
