Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote innovative financial products and services.
- Follow up diligently on leads, engage prospects, handle objections effectively, and convert leads into loyal customers.
- Achieve and surpass assigned sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets set by the organization.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and guide prospects seamlessly through loan applications and account opening processes.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, drive retention, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling.
- Track daily sales activities and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in the database.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of proven experience in telesales, direct sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for a professional environment.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer applications.
