We are looking for energetic, smart, and sales-driven professionals to join our retail team as Retail Sales Associates and deliver memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist customers professionally while recommending suitable products
- Drive sales to consistently achieve individual and store targets
- Maintain excellent product presentation, store cleanliness, and merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and accurate transaction processing
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive selling skills
- Smart appearance, professional grooming, and a positive attitude
- Previous retail sales experience or background in luxury, fashion, and beauty is an added advantage
