We are currently recruiting a dynamic and customer-focused Restolounge Server to join our esteemed client's hospitality team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering memorable culinary experiences by providing warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests in a bustling, high-end lounge environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a warm and professional demeanor, presenting menus and offering expert recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff while accommodating special dietary requests.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets the highest fine-dining standards and maintaining table cleanliness throughout the guest experience.
- Operate POS terminals proficiently to process guest bills, handle cash, and manage electronic payments accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and potential complaints with patience, tact, and a solutions-oriented approach to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience as a server in a standard fine-dining restaurant or upscale lounge environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional appearance suited for hospitality.
- Demonstrated ability to operate POS terminals and payment systems perfectly under pressure.
- Strong multitasking abilities, keen attention to detail, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Openness to working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the establishment.
