About the Role
Bukka Hospitality Limited, renowned for trading as Bukka Hut, is a leading fast-food restaurant chain dedicated to serving exceptional Nigerian cuisine in clean and comfortable environments across Lagos. We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Restaurant Inventory Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of service by ensuring optimal stock levels, precise inventory records, and seamless coordination with our suppliers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory records, including detailed tracking of stock levels, incoming orders, and daily deliveries.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and physical stock counts to reconcile system data with warehouse realities.
- Monitor stock thresholds closely and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages of essential ingredients and supplies.
- Coordinate seamlessly with external suppliers and vendors to guarantee prompt and accurate delivery schedules.
- Investigate, manage, and resolve any discrepancies found between physical inventory counts and digital records.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit comprehensive inventory reports to management, highlighting trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee daily store operations related to inventory, ensuring organized storage and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven work experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or stock keeping, preferably within the hospitality or fast-food industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and high levels of integrity.
