About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive and analytical Reliability/Integrity Engineer to optimize asset performance, minimize downtime, and ensure the highest standards of safety and technical integrity across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assess asset condition, failure modes, and degradation mechanisms using technical data.
- Lead disciplined Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for priority equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Identify and expand predictive-maintenance practices and condition-monitoring techniques.
- Produce clear, technically sound reports covering reliability, integrity, and failure analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Management of Change (MOC) and risk-based prioritization processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in reliability engineering, asset integrity, or maintenance within the oil and gas or energy sector.
- Professional certifications in Reliability Engineering or Asset Integrity are highly advantageous.
- Strong expertise in failure analysis, condition monitoring data interpretation, and risk assessment.
