About the Role
WhitePenguin is a fast-growing education technology company dedicated to helping preschools, nursery, and primary schools simplify their daily operations and build stronger connections with families. Our innovative all-in-one platform integrates school management, parent communication, fee tracking, and student records into a seamless digital experience. We are currently seeking energetic and relationship-driven Relationship Officers to introduce our solutions to schools across Nigeria, foster meaningful partnerships, and drive our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities- Visit schools within assigned territories to introduce the WhitePenguin platform to school owners and administrators.
- Conduct engaging software demonstrations and guide new educational institutions through a smooth onboarding process.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up consistently with prospective schools to nurture leads and close new partnerships.
- Serve as the primary liaison between educational institutions and our internal product support teams.
- Recent graduates or early-career professionals with 0 to 1 year of experience who are eager to start a dynamic career.
- Academic background in Education, Teaching, Early Childhood Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conversational skills with high self-confidence.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive initiative to meet and exceed targets.
- Comfortable with field marketing, physically visiting locations, and engaging stakeholders face-to-face.
- Competitive monthly base salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 200,000.
