We are currently looking for a motivated and community-oriented professional to join our expanding team and help us bridge the financial inclusion gap.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard potential clients through targeted community outreach, networking, and regular field visits.
- Conduct thorough client interviews and comprehensive site visits to evaluate business operations, financial standing, and creditworthiness.
- Prepare detailed loan appraisals, financial analysis, and proper documentation for timely credit committee review.
- Manage an active loan portfolio by monitoring repayment schedules, proactively addressing delinquencies, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Provide basic financial literacy guidance and advisory support to clients to ensure effective credit management and business growth.
- Ensure all lending and loan processing activities strictly comply with internal credit policies and relevant regulatory standards.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or HND in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Relationship Officer, Credit Officer, or in a similar business development role within the microfinance or lending sector.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a passion for community engagement.
- Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of credit analysis and risk management principles.
- Ability to work independently in the field, meet performance targets, and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
