About the Role
RetainPro Management is currently recruiting a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse on behalf of our esteemed healthcare clients in Nigeria. We are looking for a dedicated professional committed to delivering high standards of patient care, clinical excellence, and health promotion within a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient triage, initial assessments, and routine vital signs monitoring.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, IV fluids, and specialized treatments accurately.
- Perform professional wound dressing, IV cannulation, and other essential clinical nursing procedures.
- Assist attending physicians seamlessly during patient consultations and minor medical procedures.
- Provide prompt emergency care and actively support critical patient stabilization efforts.
- Participate in health screenings, laboratory sample collection, and preventive healthcare initiatives.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using modern electronic medical record systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and clinical equipment readiness.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) holding a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) practising licence.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of active clinical nursing experience in a recognized facility.
- Prior experience in urgent care, emergency response, or outpatient clinical services will be a distinct advantage.
- Possession of a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
