Key Responsibilities- Provide direct, comprehensive patient care including clinical assessment, close monitoring, and medical treatment in primary and secondary care settings.
- Administer anesthesia and support surgical procedures, depending on credentials and scope of practice.
- Deliver specialized critical care nursing and effectively manage emergency and acute medical cases.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation while strictly adhering to facility safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Participate actively in health education, community outreach programs, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Valid registration and current practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Proven clinical competence in nursing with strong patient assessment and decision-making abilities.
- Relevant training or experience in anesthesiology, perioperative care, surgery, or critical care nursing is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to patient confidentiality and safety.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced on-site environment in Ilesa, including the willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and on-call duties.
- Prior experience in emergency care or community health is highly desirable.
