About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Regional Solar Installation & Maintenance Technician to drive exceptional service delivery, system performance, and quality standards for our solar inverter solutions in Delta State, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Execute high-quality installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of solar inverter systems across the assigned region.
- Monitor system performance using remote platforms to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical faults.
- Conduct rigorous on-site and remote installation audits to ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage third-party installers to expand regional service coverage and network capability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, inventory, and spare parts utilization while submitting regular operational reports.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies across all field operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in technical support, after-sales service, or solar inverter maintenance.
- Deep understanding of solar PV systems, electrical wiring standards, and power electronics.
- Proficiency in utilizing diagnostic tools, software, and remote monitoring platforms.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
