About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Regional Solar Installation & Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will serve as the regional technical expert for solar inverter systems, ensuring exceptional end-to-end service delivery, high system performance, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Execute high-quality installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of Sun King solar inverter systems across the assigned region.
- Utilise remote monitoring platforms to track system performance, diagnose potential faults proactively, and initiate maintenance visits.
- Conduct routine installation audits for internal teams and third-party partners to maintain strict adherence to safety and technical standards.
- Onboard, train, and manage third-party installers to expand regional service coverage and improve technical competencies.
- Manage spare parts inventory, document all service activities accurately, and submit comprehensive periodic reports to the After-Sales Manager.
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in after-sales service, technical assistance, or maintenance of solar inverter systems and power electronics.
- Strong proficiency in diagnostic tools, electrical wiring standards, and remote monitoring software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, remaining calm and professional under pressure.
