We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team in Sagamu, Ogun State. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract, select, and retain top-tier professionals to meet our clients' demanding operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding for both technical and non-standard roles.
  • Source and recruit for diverse positions including production operators, pharmacists, engineers, quality assurance personnel, and administrative staff.
  • Develop and execute effective high-volume recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets within agreed timelines.
  • Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, local recruitment initiatives, and direct headhunting.
  • Conduct rigorous competency-based interviews, coordinate shortlists, and prepare comprehensive assessment reports for hiring managers.
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide labor market intelligence, salary trends, and talent availability insights within Ogun State.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment databases, applicant tracking records, and weekly dashboards tracking time-to-fill metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven recruitment experience, specifically within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or industrial environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing high-volume recruitment projects and technical talent sourcing.
  • Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor market dynamics and recruitment practices within Ogun State.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
