About the Role
Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, one of Nigeria's leading food and agro-allied companies and the producer of the trusted Golden Penny brand, is seeking a diligent and results-driven RDC Warehouse Supervisor to join our supply chain team in Kano. In this vital role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure the accurate receipt, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch of inventory, supporting our commitment to operational excellence and superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily receiving, put-away, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch activities to ensure accurate and timely stock movement.
- Verify inbound and outbound stock quantities, documentation, batch details, and product condition prior to processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate warehouse personnel and allocate daily tasks to achieve order fulfilment and Truck Turnaround Time (TTAT) targets.
- Ensure proper stacking, location management, housekeeping, and compliance with approved Stacking Pattern Standards (SPS).
- Conduct cycle counts and support periodic stock audits, investigating and escalating inventory variances for timely resolution.
- Minimum of an OND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes with excellent leadership and people management skills.
