We are currently recruiting a professional and dedicated Radiographer to join our esteemed client in Warri, Delta State. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering accurate diagnostic imaging examinations while maintaining the highest standards of radiation safety and patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging examinations across relevant modalities to professional standards, ensuring correct patient preparation and precise positioning.
- Apply strict radiation-safety protocols and quality-control standards in daily practice to protect patients and staff.
- Maintain equipment readiness for your workstation and report any technical faults promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate imaging records and support efficient reporting and result workflows within the facility.
- Demonstrate competence in operating imaging equipment and utilize RIS systems effectively for record-keeping.
- Bachelor of Science in Radiography or Medical Radiography (B.Rad / BSc Radiography) from a recognized institution, or an equivalent qualification.
- Successful completion of the required national internship and NYSC, or possession of a valid exemption letter.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-registration experience, though exceptional newly registered practitioners may be considered.
- Thorough knowledge of radiographic techniques, patient positioning, and image acquisition.
- Valid professional practicing license and certifications in specialized modalities like CT, MRI, or ultrasound are a strong advantage.
