We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Radiographer to join our dynamic medical team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering accurate diagnostic imaging, ensuring patient comfort, and upholding our high standards of clinical excellence across all operations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform X-ray and other approved diagnostic imaging procedures accurately and safely.
- Ensure proper patient identification, positioning, compassionate care, and strict confidentiality.
- Maintain optimal radiation safety and comprehensive infection prevention standards.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any technical faults promptly to management.
- Maintain accurate imaging records and ensure all digital or physical images are properly stored.
- Submit daily activity reports and comprehensive monthly departmental reports on time.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Attend to patients professionally, manage workflows efficiently, and minimise waiting times.
- Maintain punctuality, strictly comply with duty rosters, and report absences promptly.
- Comply with all hospital policies, professional ethics, and management directives.
- Possess a B.Sc. in Radiography or an equivalent recognised professional qualification.
- Hold a current Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) registration and a valid practising licence.
- Demonstrate relevant hands-on experience working in diagnostic imaging departments.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, and clinical documentation skills.
