In this role, you will play a vital part in providing accurate diagnostic imaging using cutting-edge equipment from global medical technology leaders, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality X-rays and other diagnostic imaging procedures as required by attending physicians.
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining steps clearly and addressing any concerns to ensure comfort.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain sophisticated radiography equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to proper radiation protection and safety protocols for patients and staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist in preparing detailed imaging reports in a timely manner.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Radiography or a recognized equivalent qualification.
- Possession of a valid professional registration and practicing license from the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).
- Strong technical proficiency in operating modern medical imaging equipment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
