Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray, CT scan, and ultrasound as required.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures ensuring comfort and safety.
- Operate and maintain radiographic equipment effectively.
- Ensure compliance with radiation protection and safety standards.
- Process and review imaging results for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate patient imaging records and documentation.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals on diagnosis and treatment.
- Monitor and report equipment faults and coordinate maintenance.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of imaging data and films.
- Provide guidance to patients on procedures and post-imaging care.
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging.
- Must possess an NYSC Discharged or Exemption Certificate.
- Valid professional license and current practice registration.
- Strong knowledge of modern diagnostic imaging techniques.
