Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems and clinical protocols aligned with international healthcare standards.
  • Conduct regular quality audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews across all hospital departments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with medical staff, nursing teams, and hospital administration to investigate incident reports and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and facilitate feedback mechanisms to continually enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Design and deliver staff training programs focused on healthcare quality assurance, patient safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare detailed analytical reports on hospital quality indicators for management review and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in healthcare quality management, compliance, or clinical auditing within a reputable hospital setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international healthcare accreditation standards and patient safety goals.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse clinical teams.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems and quality management software.
