About the Role
Enugu Air Limited is a rapidly expanding state-owned airline established by the Enugu State Government to transform the region into a premier global logistics and investment hub. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Officer to join our dynamic team and support the monitoring and continuous improvement of operational activities across the airline.

Key Responsibilities- Monitor daily operational activities to ensure strict compliance with company policies, manuals, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine quality inspections, audits, and surveillance across Passenger Services, Ground Operations, and Flight Operations.
- Identify, document, and report operational non-conformities and areas of concern.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure the timely closure of audit findings.
- Assist in investigating the root causes of operational quality issues and reviewing documentation for accuracy.
- Support the Quality Manager in executing the annual quality audit and inspection program.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Aviation Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Mandatory possession of an NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, compliance, auditing, or airline operations.
- Familiarity with NCAA regulations and Quality Management Systems is a distinct advantage.
