Key Responsibilities- Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine physical, chemical, and microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished beverages.
- Identify defects, deviations, or contamination issues and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control records, laboratory test results, and compliance reports.
- Enforce strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols across the manufacturing plant and laboratory environments.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency, taste profiles, and packaging standards.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Food Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in quality assurance or quality control within the food and beverage or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Excellent understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hazard analysis critical control point principles.
- Proficiency in laboratory testing procedures and equipment operation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse production personnel.
