About the Role
X-Force Engineering Limited, a leading infrastructure and construction contract servicing company, is looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Officer. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all construction activities meet our rigorous quality benchmarks, safety standards, and approved architectural designs throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular and systematic site inspections to monitor construction quality, workmanship, and overall project progress.
- Ensure all site activities strictly comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and building codes.
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, identifying deviations, construction defects, and potential quality risks.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, maintain accurate compliance records, and manage non-conformance documentation.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to enforce high standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure that health, safety, and environmental regulations are consistently observed across all active sites.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in QA/QC, construction supervision, or site inspection within the Nigerian construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of building methods, materials testing, and structural drawings.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and relevant ISO standards is a distinct advantage.
