Key Responsibilities- Implement robust inspection and test plans, conduct thorough site audits, and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control across telecommunication towers, antennas, fibre optics, power systems, and cabling.
- Maintain comprehensive snag lists and accurate acceptance records for all completed site works.
- Witness critical testing and commissioning procedures, ensuring all identified defects are successfully closed out prior to handoff.
- Maintain a sharp eye for detail to guarantee flawless quality records and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in diverse rural locations across Nigeria and the wider region.

- Hands-on experience with solar or hybrid telecom power systems is considered a strong advantage.
