About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Pump Operator to join our dynamic site operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our construction projects by managing vital pumping equipment safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Operate pumps and related equipment in strict accordance with site requirements and operating procedures.
- Inspect pumps, hoses, pipes, valves, and connections thoroughly before and during operation.
- Monitor pump performance continuously and promptly report faults, leaks, blockages, or breakdowns.
- Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of all assigned pumping equipment.
- Monitor fluid levels, pressure, and flow rates to guarantee optimal and efficient operation.
- Maintain accurate records of pump usage, maintenance schedules, and operational issues.
- Perform other related construction site duties as assigned by the Site Engineer or Construction Manager.
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous proven experience operating pumps, preferably within a fast-paced construction site environment.
- Basic knowledge of pump mechanics, troubleshooting techniques, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with diverse site personnel.
