We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Provider Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing and strengthening our network of healthcare providers, ensuring our members receive top-tier medical care while fostering collaborative partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and nurture relationships with healthcare providers within the Port Harcourt and assigned territory.
- Monitor provider performance, service quality, and adherence to agreed service standards and contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular provider visits, manage onboarding, credentialing, and documentation processes.
- Address and resolve provider concerns promptly to maintain smooth operational workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical operations, claims, and customer service teams to enhance member experience.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and prepare comprehensive reports on provider activities and performance metrics.
- Possession of an MBBS, B.NSc., or Registered Nurse degree is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) operations, or provider management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare service delivery systems in Nigeria.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven negotiation, conflict-resolution, and analytical abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
