About the Role
Eastern Plains Integrated Farms Limited (EPIFL) is a leading integrated agribusiness enterprise located in Igbariam, Anambra State, Nigeria, specializing in large-scale poultry production to meet national food security and protein needs. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Projects Coordinator to drive the successful planning, execution, and completion of our expanding infrastructure and engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project planning, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, workstreams, and project kick-off activities.
- Monitor project execution against approved plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
- Track project budgets, expenditure, variations, and potential cost overruns in collaboration with Finance and Procurement.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, drawings, schedules, and approvals.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc project reports, site reports, and progress updates.
- Monitor project risks, HSE compliance, and quality standards, ensuring prompt escalation of deviations.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in project coordination, engineering, construction, or infrastructure development.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, COREN, or equivalent construction accreditations are a distinct advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams, schedules, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, contractor oversight, and vendor coordination within industrial or agricultural sectors.
