About the Role
Scruples Resources, a premier provider of consultancy services and human resource solutions in Nigeria, is seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Project Manager (Non-IT) III. In this critical role, you will lead large, highly integrated projects within the oil and gas industry, ensuring successful delivery from conception to completion while maintaining strict adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, implement, and finalize large-scale projects according to strict specifications, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Define project governance policies, manage financial concerns, and allocate necessary resources efficiently.
- Create and report comprehensive project status updates to stakeholders across all organizational levels and business units.
- Partner and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors based on project requirements.
- Oversee contracting and subcontracting, design and engineering management, execution planning, and cost estimating.
- Drive cost and schedule methods, project controls, data management, and quality management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Minimum of 7 years of demonstrable project management experience specifically within the oil and gas industry is strictly required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Project or other industry-standard project management tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional consensus-building abilities.
- Demonstrated behavioral strengths in creating ownership, driving functional excellence, and managing external relationships.
