Key Responsibilities- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects in English and related academic disciplines.
- Maintain academic integrity and adhere to the university's quality assurance guidelines for distance learning.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students throughout their research lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal faculty to evaluate and grade research outputs effectively.
- Must hold a minimum of a Ph.D. in English or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Must currently hold the academic rank of Senior Lecturer, Reader, or Professor.
- Demonstrated track record of postgraduate research supervision and publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Prior experience within an Open and Distance Learning (ODL) environment is an added advantage.
- Candidates must have no conflict of interest, such as recent employment or close personal ties with Iconic Open University.
