Key Responsibilities- Provide rigorous academic supervision for undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects in Business Administration.
- Ensure compliance with the university's academic quality assurance standards and guidelines.
- Evaluate research methodologies, data analysis, and final project reports.
- Participate in virtual due-diligence interactions and evaluation processes as required by the Senate.
- Must hold a minimum of a Ph.D. in Business Administration or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Must currently hold an academic rank of not below Senior Lecturer (Readers and Professors are strongly preferred for postgraduate supervision).
- Demonstrated track record of postgraduate research supervision and publications in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
- Prior experience within an Open and Distance Learning (ODL) environment is an added advantage.
- Must have no conflict of interest, such as recent employment with Iconic Open University within the last three years or close relationships with current staff and students.
