About the Role
Malton Technologies Limited (MTL) is a budding ICT services and solution provider with a growing presence in Lagos and its environs. We serve as a one-stop center for comprehensive ICT solutions, leveraging the collective expertise of our professionals to deliver high-value results. We are currently looking for a talented Project and Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our technical operations to new heights.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Oversee daily service delivery operations to guarantee strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources, including internal technical teams, third-party vendors, OEMs, and subcontractors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, escalations, issue resolution, and relationship management.
- Monitor project performance, track financials, mitigate operational risks, and deliver comprehensive progress reports to management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing internal processes, documenting workflows, and capturing valuable lessons learned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in IT project management and service delivery.
- Recognized Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
- Demonstrated business acumen with strong financial and risk management capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a customer-centric mindset.
