Rise Networks is a leading Data Science, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence powered learning, research, and work readiness company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are dedicated to youth skills development, organizational digital transformation, and governance innovation in alignment with the 4th Industrial Revolution. We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven Programmes Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of our high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of diverse programmes and projects.
- Develop robust work plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and implementation frameworks.
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, facilitators, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Manage multiple programmes simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Develop and manage programme budgets, schedules, trackers, and comprehensive documentation.
- Coordinate workshops, trainings, stakeholder engagements, and conferences.
- Prepare concept notes, proposals, impact reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Monitor programme KPIs and outcomes while identifying and mitigating implementation risks.
- Support partnership development, fundraising, and new business opportunities.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in programme or project management.
- Proven track record of managing programmes from conception through evaluation.
- Experience coordinating diverse stakeholders, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with the technology, AI, education, or social impact ecosystem.
- Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong strategic thinking, budget management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
