Key Responsibilities- Provide academic leadership in the Department of Physiotherapy, guiding curriculum development and course delivery.
- Conduct high-impact research, publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and secure research grants.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects and theses.
- Mentor junior academic staff and foster a culture of professional growth and research excellence.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees to support institutional growth and NUC accreditation standards.
- Engage in community service and professional outreach initiatives representing the university.
- Must possess a Ph.D. in Physiotherapy or a closely related relevant discipline.
- Evidence of a minimum of 15 scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- At least 10 years of progressive teaching, research, and administrative experience in a recognized university setting.
- Demonstrated ability to attract research funding and establish academic partnerships.
