We are currently seeking a visionary Professor of Medical Laboratory Science to drive our academic programs, mentor the next generation of healthcare professionals, and contribute to groundbreaking research.
Key Responsibilities- Provide academic leadership in the Department of Medical Laboratory Science by designing and delivering innovative curricula.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Engage in departmental administration, curriculum development, and accreditation processes with regulatory bodies.
- Foster strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, industry leaders, and research organizations.
- Mentor junior faculty members and contribute to the overall academic growth of the university.
- Must possess a Ph.D. in Medical Laboratory Science or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Evidence of a minimum of 15 scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- At least 10 years of progressive teaching, research, and professional experience within a recognized university system.
- Demonstrated ability to attract research grants and lead academic teams effectively.
