Key Responsibilities- Provide academic leadership in the Department of Mass Communication through innovative teaching, curriculum development, and mentorship.
- Conduct high-impact research, publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and secure research grants.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects and theses.
- Engage in departmental, faculty, and institutional administrative duties as assigned by the university management.
- Foster strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders and media organizations to enhance student experiential learning and internship opportunities.
- Must possess a Ph.D. in Mass Communication or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Evidence of a minimum of 15 scholarly publications in reputable local and international peer-reviewed journals.
- At least 10 years of progressive teaching, research, and administrative experience within a recognized university system.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior faculty members and drive departmental growth.
