Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and courses in Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Mentor students and junior faculty members, fostering a culture of academic excellence, critical thinking, and social impact.
- Lead groundbreaking research initiatives and secure grants that align with the university's vision for sustainable development.
- Contribute to curriculum development by integrating modern digital teaching tools and entrepreneurial frameworks.
- Participate in departmental and university-wide committees to support institutional growth and community engagement.
- Must be a serving Professor in a recognized university holding a Ph.D. in Innovation, Social Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Must provide official evidence of release from the current home institution for the duration of the sabbatical.
- Demonstrated strong record of high-impact academic publications and proven evidence of academic leadership.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies and high proficiency in digital teaching and learning tools.
