Key Responsibilities- Lead undergraduate and graduate teaching, mentoring, and thesis supervision in innovation and social entrepreneurship.
- Design, develop, and update cutting-edge curriculum that aligns with global best practices and local socio-economic needs.
- Conduct high-impact, peer-reviewed research and secure external grants for social enterprise initiatives.
- Provide robust academic leadership within the department and contribute to institutional governance.
- Forge strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, NGOs, and innovation hubs to enhance student experiential learning.
- Ph.D. in Innovation, Social Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or a closely related relevant discipline.
- Meet the minimum NUC requirements for a full Professorial rank, including extensive university teaching and research experience.
- A strong, verifiable track record of high-quality academic publications in reputable journals and demonstrated academic leadership.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies and advanced proficiency in digital teaching and learning tools.
- Sabbatical applicants must be currently serving Professors in recognized universities with official institutional release.
