Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary academic and administrative leadership within the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Teach, mentor, and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students in advanced engineering concepts.
- Drive high-impact research activities and secure research grants in relevant technological fields.
- Publish scholarly articles in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Collaborate with industry stakeholders to enhance curriculum development and practical learning experiences.
- Participate in departmental and university-wide committees to promote institutional growth.
- Possess a Ph.D. with a specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate a minimum of twelve (12) years of post-qualification, full-time relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- Proven track record of academic leadership, administrative competence, and student mentoring.
- Extensive portfolio of relevant publications in reputable local and international academic journals.
