Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary academic leadership within the Department of Computer Science and the broader Faculty of Science and Computing.
- Teach, mentor, and inspire undergraduate and postgraduate students using modern pedagogical approaches.
- Supervise postgraduate research projects at the Master and Ph.D. levels.
- Drive innovative research initiatives and actively secure competitive research grants and fellowships.
- Contribute to curriculum development, departmental administration, and institutional policymaking.
- Publish high-impact scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Must possess a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline from a reputable university.
- Demonstrated evidence of strong academic leadership with a minimum of 25 scholarly publications in reputable journals.
- At least 12 years of full-time post-qualification teaching, research, and administrative experience in a tertiary institution.
- Proven track record of successful postgraduate student supervision.
