Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Develop innovative curricula and course materials aligned with university quality standards and digital platforms.
- Engage in high-impact academic research and secure external funding through impactful projects and grants.
- Collaborate with academic colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and expand the institutional knowledge base.
- Set, administer, and grade assignments, tests, and examinations while providing mentorship and academic support to students.
- Author and publish high-quality research papers, journal articles, books, and grant proposals.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, academic conferences, and institutional training initiatives.
- Must currently hold the rank of Reader with an earned Ph.D. in Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in university teaching, research, and academic administration.
- A robust portfolio of substantial publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrated success in undergraduate and postgraduate thesis supervision.
- Active affiliation with recognized professional engineering bodies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with advanced proficiency in MS Office and video conferencing tools.
