Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and mentorship to undergraduate and graduate students in Business Administration.
- Lead impactful research initiatives and publish high-quality scholarly articles in reputable journals.
- Provide academic leadership in curriculum development, departmental growth, and faculty mentorship.
- Engage in institutional service and foster strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.
- Integrate digital teaching tools and innovative pedagogy into the learning environment.
- Ph.D. in Business Administration or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Must be a currently serving Professor in a recognized university with approval for release from the home institution.
- Demonstrated extensive university teaching and research experience meeting National Universities Commission (NUC) criteria.
- A robust portfolio of quality publications and verifiable evidence of academic leadership.
