Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional academic leadership in teaching, research, and curriculum development within the Department of Business Administration.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students, including Ph.D. candidates, fostering a culture of rigorous academic inquiry.
- Publish high-impact research in reputable peer-reviewed journals and attract research grants.
- Engage in institutional governance, departmental administration, and mentorship of junior faculty members.
- Forge strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance experiential learning and community impact.
- Ph.D. in Business Administration or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Must meet the minimum NUC requirements for professorial rank, including extensive university teaching and research experience.
- An outstanding track record of high-quality, peer-reviewed publications and demonstrated academic leadership.
- Applicants for Sabbatical appointments must be currently serving Professors in recognized universities with formal institutional release.
