Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, student-centred lectures and instruction in Business Administration at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Drive innovative research initiatives and publish high-impact papers in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Secure competitive research grants and foster strategic collaborations with industry partners and stakeholders.
- Provide visionary academic leadership, mentoring junior faculty members and supporting student development.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees to advance institutional goals.
- Represent Cosmopolitan University at national and international academic conferences and professional bodies.
- Must hold a PhD in Business Administration or a closely related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 10 years of extensive academic experience in teaching, administration, and research.
- A robust portfolio of research publications in high-ranking scholarly journals.
- Strong IT proficiency, including the ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications and digital learning management systems.
- Demonstrated leadership, administrative capability, and active involvement in relevant professional bodies.
