Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily studio operations, ensuring seamless broadcast schedules and high-quality audio output.
- Manage, mentor, and schedule studio engineers, producers, and on-air personnel to optimize performance.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and coordinate repairs for all broadcasting equipment, hardware, and studio software.
- Collaborate with programming and content teams to plan live broadcasts, special events, and recorded segments.
- Enforce broadcasting compliance, industry standards, and station policies across all productions.
- Manage studio inventory, procurement of technical supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Broadcast Engineering, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a radio broadcast studio or media management role.
- In-depth technical knowledge of modern broadcast equipment, audio mixing boards, automation software, and streaming tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and crisis-management skills in a fast-paced media environment.
