Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily studio operations, ensuring seamless broadcast schedules and high-quality audio output.
  • Manage, mentor, and schedule studio engineers, producers, and on-air personnel to optimize performance.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and coordinate repairs for all broadcasting equipment, hardware, and studio software.
  • Collaborate with programming and content teams to plan live broadcasts, special events, and recorded segments.
  • Enforce broadcasting compliance, industry standards, and station policies across all productions.
  • Manage studio inventory, procurement of technical supplies, and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Broadcast Engineering, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a radio broadcast studio or media management role.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of modern broadcast equipment, audio mixing boards, automation software, and streaming tools.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and crisis-management skills in a fast-paced media environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for coordinating diverse teams.
