About the Role
Homeland Integrated Offshore Services Limited is a leading indigenous multidisciplinary organization delivering comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) services to the Nigerian oil and gas sector. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Technologist to join our expert technical team and contribute to our ongoing offshore operations and asset optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize daily oil and gas production performance across multiple offshore assets.
- Design, recommend, and execute well intervention, stimulation, and workover programs to maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
- Collaborate closely with reservoir, petroleum, and subsea engineering teams to forecast production and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct thorough surveillance of well performance using industry-standard software and diagnostic tools.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian oil and gas industry regulations, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, presentations, and documentation regarding well productivity and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience as a Production Technologist within the Nigerian oil and gas industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in production optimization, artificial lift systems, and well completion design.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard petroleum engineering software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Valid offshore certifications and medical fitness for offshore travel are strong advantages.
